Tri-County Care is formed by existing providers of developmental disability services. We have a diverse spectrum of provider agencies already committed to working with us.

Our partners are both urban and rural – we have providers in each of the five boroughs of New York City, Long Island as well as throughout the Hudson Valley and Capital regions.

Additionally, our partners represent the rich mosaic that New York is famous for – caring for thousands of individuals from many different ethnicities, languages and cultures.
