Tri-County Care is committed to provide quality-driven, culturally sensitive, conflict free care management
for individuals with a developmental disability in a timely and responsive manner.
We look forward to meet in a safe environment and share mutual struggles, challenges and successes. Our
goal is to provide emotional support to each other and to alleviate some of the daily stress in the lives of
parents, individuals and families.
